In my psychology practice I do not provide counselling, but I know that it can be a very important part of my clients’ journey toward healing and personal growth. I refer clients often to Paula because I’ve come to know and admire her innate gifts of empathy and understanding; as well as her high level of skill as a therapist. I am confident in the fact that in addition to the safe and supportive environment Paula provides her clients, she places great value on the things that get results. She has learned, practiced, and excelled in the use of the best researched and documented treatment modalities, and offers practical tools and exercises designed to help the client move forward in a gentle but structured and measurable way. I have the utmost confidence in Paula as a therapist, and highly recommend her services.Chris Hammer, Ph.D.
